My neighborhood was built in 2004. Last year I noticed A/C replacements being done across the street and next to me. Mine went out in October. I don't remember the specs but the cost was around $5K for a 1350 sf house. Munn's.

I can set the A/C thermostat 4 degrees higher now and stay cool vs the old unit.
