I really didn't answer your question straight up the first time so I'll try for a second. Obviously new build is only on either end of TV and right now I would pick south, but honestly I have done little to no research on the northern most end. I think Fenney is beautiful with lots of new and different things but at first felt it was too far. But now, with all the future plans in place it seems that will not be the case. Brownwood may end up the new hot spot after all and W will have to give it NOTHING but a new, kinder, gentler nickname......lol. Some of the sales agents said that as soon as the news came out about the latest expansion that there has been a renewed interest by businesses in Brownwood. One can only hope this is NOTHING but true!
