9eileen9 There are beautiful and affordable manufactured homes over on the historic side and you certainly should be able to afford one. There are also some lovely patio villas, some of which I believe have one or two bedrooms which are quite affordable. If you have a home to sell, you might be able to pay the full amount and then you would only have to budget for monthly expenses and taxes/insurance, etc.

Using a golf cart here will save on gas and things being so close really helps. I don't know where you live now, but heat cost here are low. We were amazed at how low our gas costs were compared to our very large place in Central Virginia.

Just look at everything very carefully. Ask lots of questions. Everyone here at TofTV will be very honest with you.
