At each postal station;
- 1 (if even that) trash/garbage can.
- 2 or more (as needed)...cans for recyclable paper/spam mail.
As others have so intelligently pointed out, exactly what real
'trash/garbage' do people have to get rid of when checking their mail...unless maybe it's dog poop?
