I truly believe that the younger woman is attracted to the established older male because he is established in a career with a good income, is sophisticated, can handle himself in just about any situation and has the means to show the young female a completely different life than a young man can. As for actually marrying the older male .... well that is a very different ball game. You are signing up to be his caretaker for the rest of your life and that has happened in our own circle of friends.

Me, I met my otherhalf when I was just 18 and he was 21. We grew up together and had fun doing it, and now we are aging together and enjoying that too! My sister met her husband when she was 42 and very established in her career - he was ten years younger, and they too had a great life together, she joked that the was her toy boy ........ unfortunately she must have worn him out because he passed rather early.

So, to each their own .......... or whatever rocks your boat.

Congrats to you and your other half............you traveled thru many challengers growing up together.
