Our postal workers are contract carriers operating out of their personal vehicles. As an alternative JohnN, there is a mobile post office van at Sweetbay on Tues and Thurs...something I mailed there on a Tues (1st Class) arrived in DC suburbs on Friday.

If I put my Blockbuster DVD returns in the box at our mailstop before the mail person leaves) they will be checked in at the Daytona receiving area the next day. I know because I get an email. I will usually get my new DVDS from Blockbuster in the next days mail. Can't get faster than that. And it is consistent. On a rare instance, it has taken two days but that is usually during holiday mail times.
