VILLAGETINKER, even if this person did do exactly what he said & had no keys to listen to the radio. Don't you think this very strange? I don't think this person could get arrested just for sitting in his car drinking with his friends, unless if a police officer did think he & his friends just got back from drinking somewhere. I'm sitting thinking is this a joke article.
