My Mom's Corn Pudding Souffle - melissassouthernstylekitchen.com

This is the recipe I use; Thank you Aunt Frances.

3 eggs
2 cups of canned creamed corn (one can) or two cups frozen or fresh corn. Frozen corn or fresh corn may keep the custard from setting because of the water. But it is still yummy.
1 cup of milk
3 Tablespoons of sugar
3 Tablespoons of flour
1/2 Teaspoon salt.
1/2 Teaspoon pepper.
2 Tablespoons of melted butter.

Beat eggs until light. Add corn, milk, and other ingredients.
Mix well and bake at 325 until set. (about a hour and fifteen minutes) SERVE WARM. Not pretty reheated but still tastes nice.
So... if I made this, say for Thanksgiving, my husband probably would not eat it. And then I would have to eat it all by myself.
