You can do this with a Slingbox. You hook it up to your cable box up north, and you can send your TV signal anywhere over the internet. You can watch it on your phone, computer, or any TV in Florida that uses ROKU or Amazon Fire TV apps. Works fine, even with basic Comcast internet. Did this for years. We use PSVue now, so if you're interested in a used Slingbox 500 at a really great price, send me a PM.
