If the property is in Sumter County go to www.sumterpa.com and search for the property. Once you have the correct property you can look at the TRIM Notice by clicking on the link in the upper right.

On the 2nd page of the TRIM notice in the middle of the page you will see the amount of both the Bond and Maintenance assessments. If the Bond is blank or missing, it's paid off.

If the bond was recently paid off - in the last year or so - the information may be out of date in which case call the number in the previous response. The 2018 TRIM notices will not be out for another 4 weeks or so.
