For those of us that live on corner street interior villa lot we are responsible for both side of the wall that surrounds or property. For those that live next to street and they're wall faces the main street not the villa inside street they only have to do the inside wall on their side. Now if you live on corner lot and main street then you would be responsible for all walls except the one on the Main Street side. Again, read the deed restrictions that you received when you purchased, it's all spelled out and what is agreed to by all parties when you purchase, just like marriage, for better or for worse, till death do us part...
