Oh my, Nucky, I'm so sorry to hear this. I know there is a terrible bug going around. Seeing some pretty sick patients up here too. In fact, one of my co-workers was coming down with it last week and I was trying to stay away from her like she had the plague. I wanted NOTHING to do with it.
So true what you say about being around kids. Without a doubt, they are the worst at transmitting these things. The times my husband and I were the sickest in our lives was when we picked it up from our son when he was little. Amazing how much harder it is on the adults. The kids just keep going, spreading their little germs all over the place. UGH! My heart and prayers go out to you - rest, rest, rest and drink, drink, drink......not alcohol (not that you would go there). A Den Mother's work is never done - first I have to worry about K, now you. Please get well soon. Hugs coming your way. Glad they are virtual because I really wouldn't want to be hugging you right now - no offense.
