If you owned the business and read 10 bad reviews I’m not sure what you would do but I would stop the bleeding by getting to the bottom of the problem. I wouldn’t want ANYTHING NEGATIVE posted about my business.

So much time has passed that it may not be able to be turned around in this case.

If a restaurant opened in most towns there is no TOTV’S to spread the word be it positive or negative. If I was considering opening a restaurant and saw the posts on here that burn a business because a meal wasn’t perfect I would have a second thought about opening in The Villages and move on down the road. Maybe the reason or contributing reason for empty storefronts.

In reality it doesn’t matter to me. Where we are in The Villages the Storefronts are full, the restaurants plentiful and I’m grateful to live here. Smashing others business’ doesn’t appeal to me.
