I couldn't agree more, though I'd have to say that Embarq competes well with Verizon for the most awful customer service. In all fairness, though, I'd have to say that the
telephone service itself, for both companies, is generally quite good; it's when one needs
customer service that one can tire of sitting and watching the grass die....
