So much time has passed that it may not be able to be turned around in this case.
If a restaurant opened in most towns there is no TOTV’S to spread the word be it positive or negative. If I was considering opening a restaurant and saw the posts on here that burn a business because a meal wasn’t perfect I would have a second thought about opening in The Villages and move on down the road. Maybe the reason or contributing reason for empty storefronts.:

How do the restaurant reviews, both negative and positive on TOTV, differ from the Yelp or TripAdvisor reviews on the Net? To be successful, a restaurant needs to be aware and respond to their deficiencies accordingly. Many of the issues raised stem from a lack of training, and possibly a lack of motivation on the part of the staff. Training is the easier issue. Motivation is tough!
