And, then having to come back, or will not come back for errors etc. Include a 5% penalty for late start, or late finish, a 5% Bonus for all done on time. WRITTEN CLEARLY, it is worth it to draw the line. We have seen abuses here that in some states, that contractor would lose their license immediately.
