I have seen a few houses above 466 that have hurricane shutters but they were powered roll down with manual over ride. I haven't heard anything positive or negative since strong hurricanes here are rare. Down our way (below 466A) houses are built to different codes since Florida changed the hurricane codes. Irma caused no window damage that I'm aware of, besides, isn't that what insurance is for?
