I was surprised to see a Golf cart going around the neighborhood, more than once. Then a small Pickup Truck went around and around. Pretty soon they met at our corner, stopped and talked for a few minutes and the Golf Cart turned around and followed the Truck out of the neighborhood. Our neighborhood only has one entrance. I first thought they were delivering papers, but no, they were not. So, what were they doing at 3:30 am? I was about to call Neighborhood Watch when they left. Wish I had done it earlier!

You should call the Police. Neighborhood watch can't do anything.
