First of all, the "shopping areas/restaurants/etc."...are not
"OURS." 
They are public businesses and owned by companies that encourage and depend on use... by
everyone.
Secondly, the thread has nothing to do with those trying to use the
"amenities" you've mentioned that we actually pay for....as that is an entirely different subject.
