I sincerely appreciate your thoughtful response. Sources are everything. I do not advocate this link as being an authoritative source. I am posting it to show that there will always be options that view positions from a different perspective frequently advancing their own biases. I checked with the actual transcript and it appears accurate for better or worse.The link show in bold what was edited out. It is so hard to find really objective sources who report without commentary and bias. I believe most Village posters are sharp enough to detect biased links and references and make their judgements accordingly.

I watched the 20/20 interview and the Nightline interview and can tell you without hesitation they were different. In fact 20/20 was clearly edited cutting Palin off in mid sentence and deliberately making her appear awkward. The Nightline showed her to be more conversant and articulate by including her comments in their apparent entirety.

I hope all is well with your family and especially your brothers. I know you are very proud of them.
