So before you come down here you need to practice...the restaurants are terrible...we need fine dining...people don't pick up their dog poop...the snowbirds don't know how to drive...it's soooo hot. Maybe if you write down each of these 10 times a day you will be NOTHING but ready. None of these are true but it seems to be how to start a conversation.
