I have a spouse that would not touch sushi, no matter how high the quality or price - I accept that just as she accepts that I hate beef liver, which she adores. We could all use a little more acceptance and understanding for others, and not just in the realm of food. FWIW, I am happy with several of the "country club" restaurants in The Villages - many good, tasty choices and reasonable prices - plus we don't dirty the kitchen. If you disagree; cool, just don't tell me I'm wrong.
