Good, because I can do meat and vegetables.

My husband is just like you, he would be happy going vegetarian but I always tell him he will not convince me to give up meat, NOTHING doing. So I guess in that sense things are reversed in our household.
I threw in the vegetables mainly to razz K, but truth be told if I could handle it, he and I would be a good match for eating together because it sounds like i enjoy a lot of the same things he does, well minus the Kraft mac and cheese- lol. The problem is I would look like the Goodyear blimp for the rest of my life. I've found also that the healthier I eat not only do I feel better, but those other foods don't agree with me as much.
