If it's a pot roast I will make some gravy. Pulled pork obviously gets BBQ sauce. Salmon will occasionally get a maple glaze. Chicken will have to be covered with something.. lol
I never ruin good food. I don't consider vegetables good food. As I tell my vegetarian niece.. "My food poops on your food".. lol
