They murdered 3 people including 2 police officers during the commission of that crime. Ayers was a founder and driving force behind the Weathermen. He acknowledges....no....boasts about his bombings and criminal conduct in his book. His friends were blown up in Greenwich Village. Two of his closest friends and his girlfriend were killed in that explosion. From Wikipedia:

I am sure the "respectable" Ayers must have been out doing the good work, like fighting poverty, feeding the hungry and picking his next target. Incidentally, that next target was a noncommissioned officers club dance at Ft. Dix, NJ. You will also remember that Ayers is the legal guardian of the cop killing Boudin's daughter.

Ayers received the original Annenberg grant of $50,000,000 for the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. Ayers appointed Obama as the Chairman of the Board. The CAC distributed $150,000,000 in grant funding. Many in Chicago argue there was never a concurrent improvement in education. Why have the controversial Annenberg Papers, including financial records, been sealed from public and media (at least those that are not in the tank for Obama) scrutiny.

Are you open minded, does there at least seem to be a hint of a linkage? A small vestige that might arouse the curiosity of an inquiring mind.
