[Enjoying Life]

In August I went to Dr. Satterlee in Mulberry for an appointment and after discussing the reason for my visit she and I talked about my next two appointments with her, Nov 2018 and Feb 2019 and the reason for each appointment. Upon leaving I stopped at the front desk to check out. I was asked if I needed to make another appointment and I told the receptionist I had a Nov. and Feb appointment with Dr. Satterlee. I was told by the receptionist that my Dr. was leaving in Sept and that I would need to choose a new Dr.
I very much liked Dr. Satterlee but am still upset that I actually talked about my next two appointments with her and she didn't have the decency to tell me she was leaving. In addition the week after my MRI was completed I called the office for the results to be explained by Dr. Satterlee, I never received a call back from her. After my second call her nurse called to say Dr. Satterlee wanted me to go for an MRI, I explained that I was calling for the results of my MRI. Needless to say I made an appointment at a different location and my new Dr. explained the results of the MRI and scheduled a CT Scan. My new Dr. called me less than 24 hours of the CT Scan with the results.
I think it is time for Dr. Satterlee to retire, very unprofessional........
