Does anyone know who the person is who makes the decision of what is planted in the islands and common areas and how we could contact them to weigh in on our preference for flowers? Does The Villages even take into consideration what residents like or dislike?

Totally agree. I was just commenting to hubby this am about how faded and leggy the coleus look right now. I have never seen the roundabouts looking so shabby. (I being born, raised & living in Florida most of my life understand the problems with the summer heat & the flowers.) But ... come on this is ridiculously ugly. The landscaping has never been this ugly the last seven and a half years that I have lived here.
