Thanks WLAN56 for the info. Wow! I pay about $57 a month for sewer and this month about $50 for water. Now I have a very large house and live at the beach (lots of guests during the summer LOL) lots of showers here every day. Our sewer and public water system here is very new and we are paying high sewer and water infrastucture as part of it so your CDD costs I guess have to be factored in somehow. But I am still surprised (pleasantly) at the costs. Thanks again for providing them.
