Yes we have well water, it is pumped from a well up the road from me straight to my house. Up until about 15 years ago we all had private wells and septic tanks but then the area started booming with development and they brought in public water and sewer.....progress. Now it takes twice as long to get to the beach but you don't have to worry about the well pump quiting during a shower!
