Speaking of pies, my husband just walked in with a piece of amazing homemade pumpkin pie and I didn't have to lift a finger. Now that's the way I like dessert if I'm going to eat it. I've got to get this recipe though. It's delicious! The pumpkin filling is kind of light and fluffy so not sure what was added, and it has NOTHING but a delicious crunchy topping on it.
Good thing he only brought me one piece.
Pumpkin is probably my second favorite pie of the few I actually like. I'm a little like fw - if I'm going to go for a dessert I usually look at the chocolate choices first.
