Default Real estate attorney
Can anyone recommend a good real estate attorney who is not affiliated with TV? I need someone to review the lease agreement that we have created for the rental of our house in TV. We had a "hold harmless" clause in it about the golf cart, and one of our potential renters is objecting to it.

Does anyone else have any experience or advice regarding wording of coverage of the golf cart for the lease?
