Just walking into the rehab is going to make me need a rehab. It's worth it to see our buddy making progress. I took today off to catch up on stuff. Gained 2 lbs last Tuesday at the weigh-in. I don't understand for the life of me but am not doing the usual and giving up. I'm gonna keep going till I can fit thru the Golden Arches at McDonald's. Just kidding mc Donald's = Verbotten!

NOTHING but good to hear that you are not allowing a few hiccups to make you backslide. Not worth letting it ruin all the progress you've made. Good attitude you have there. I'm still working on getting off the extra pounds from last winter and determined not to allow that to happen again this time around. It was a harsh winter and I just let it get to me. That's why I've been hitting the gym so hard because I want to make it more a habit than an afterthought and something I would miss if I didn't do it.........if that's even possible.

Plus I'm noticing the older I get I need to keep moving, or else I'm going to be in trouble. And we all know I already get into more than enough trouble than I can handle just being on here.
