I know it is a gruesome story. Since it occurred close to where I currently live we were probably more aware of the story in this area than most. I actually read the transcripts from the trial and it was downright difficult to read at various points because of the unconscionable acts that occurred in that clinic.

Certainly looks like horrible acts happened at this clinic.
But there are many far worse serial killers in US history and many with many more victims.
You do see a whole lot more when the local press is involved in a case where you live.
