Default buying a lot in an established village
Yuu all have been so helpful. So now we have decided to buy a lot with a wall in back and build a wisteria. We were told that there are a few such lots in the Village of Amelia. Can anyone tell me about that village. How long has it been open? Is it gas or electric? Any help would be appreciated.

Looking forward to becoming a villager in the spring.
