It changes for 2019 and becomes Aetna Medicare Advantage (POS) plan. NJ Pensions claims it has the same coverage as your old plan plus some additional perks. You will get a new ID card and will not need to use your Medicare ID card in 2019.

Just check with your existing doctors to make sure they are in network with Aetna - this should not be a problem since Aetna and BC/BS are similar giant corporations.
