After two years with Sparkling Water, we have this month replaced them with T&D due to incredibly poor customer service. Let's face it - practically anyone can clean a pool. But when push came to shove and we needed support, Sparkling did not deliver and in fact, left us hanging. I'm talking about the owner of the company not the weekly pool tech.
I called T&D (in tears I might add) and after explaining our problem, they said that although very busy, they would try to help us. Within a couple of hours a supervisor from T&D arrived, assessed the situation, made a few phone calls and sent a tech to us that solved our problem. Now that's customer service!
PS -- The monthly fee we were paying is identical to the monthly fee we are now paying T&D.
