It amazes me that some people are that lazy!!! Walking a few more steps is healthy for you! Same for shopping carts put back into proper storage areas.

Saw one today in front of the SS bowling alley! Maybe a case of entitlement.

Maybe if some of these people got tickets for illegal parking, this practice would stop! But then, I must be dreaming.
