I used this service for transport from the airport (MCO) to my home in Tamarind Grove on 10/21. My flight arrived at 1:12pm. I had a call from the driver almost as soon as I touched down. I met the van in the same area that Airport Express picks up at. I waited about 15 min for them. There were three other drop offs in this particular load. They first went to Osceola Hills, then Pine Hills and then I was dropped in Tamarind Grove. Not sure where the last person lived. Price was $35.
So, it's a shared ride service just like the Villages Airport Express. The vans are brand new and the owner lives in The Villages. The driver appeared to be from The Villages. I still prefer The Villages shuttle from /to Brownwood, if their schedule matches mine, and I have a ride, but I would certainly recommend Pelican Express if that's the type of service you are looking for.
