The lawyers we have used for estate planning and the like here in the Villages have been professional and their office staff were quite friendly.

Have not had any need for any other kinds of lawyers so far while in the Villages since we moved here in June of 2005. Knock on wood.

I have a JD but stopped wanted to practice law after dropping out of BYU Law School in 1982. I went to the U of Denver Graduate School in 1983 to become a librarian and then went back to a law school-- at the U of MN -- to become a law librarian. Not a lawyer. Graduated in 1989.

I have met an awful lot of women here in the Villages who had been married to lawyers but sooner or later got divorced from them and moved on. Some to pilots, house painters, dog poop picker uppers and others.
