Default Sears Refrigerator Issue

Our 2 year old Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator lost cooling and we contacted the 800 service number on Oct. 22, but the service technician was not able to come until Oct. 26. He initially concluded the compressor needed replacement. Returned on Nov. 5th to install new compressor, however, no ice in the freezer. Had to return a 4th time to confirm the refrigerator was unrepairable and finally recommend a new replacement. Along the way, we made several calls to the corporate 800 numbers, and we had gotten conflicting information from the people at the Sears outlet store in Summerfield. We hope to get a new fridge within the next few days. The customer service through this entire ordeal was very disappointing and poor. We seriously doubt we will return to purchase appliances at Sears.
