Just found this site and my husband and I stayed in the villages two weeks ago for 5 day, toured a lot and saw a lot of homes... dizzy with models.
Some were in the DeSoto area. We have not bought yet. I'm 54 and my husband 62, very physically active and social. Do you know if the pickleball courts in Fenney area are used frequently. That is our favorite sport and we would consider moving there. Will brownwood be 10 by golfcart or car once the path is connected. I really want perspective from someone living in the new fenney area...
