The posted speed limit on all roads where cars and carts share the road is no more than 30 mph. At the merge point, the speed limit for cars and carts is posted at 20 mph. YOU ARE SPEEDING IF YOU'RE GOING 30 OR 35 MPH. Respect the law and people won't yell at you. What's the rush?
