What's the specific problem? We have to clean the needle periodically as grounds from the pods block water from flowing through the pod and into the cup. We also descale using white vinegar as recommended. Finally, we had a tank in which the nipple (allows water to flow from tank into the heating area) deteriorated and needed to replace the tank. Keurig replaced the entire unit since they were unable to replace the tank that was under warranty, but that was about 3 years ago. If you need more info on removing the blocked needle, let me know and I'll tell you how I do it. Good Luck!
