Maybe boats shouldn't be on the MMP (hot RUDDERS) but anyway that's the ONE thing I WOULD NOT wish for but not because (in theory) it's not a good idea (it's excellent) but I can't imagine some of the ridiculous reports that would be made! It would drive whoever is in charge insane with a lot of petty crap.
