I have to say Mrs. Fw this may be the NOTHING post of the YEAR. The clock is ticking. We don't postpone happiness. Regrets I have a few but WAY to FEW to mention. I would take the doggie over any house any day. I Love your post and the message is NOTHING but on the $Money$.
