Our golf cart is five years old, we are here full time and use the golf cart regularly. While we don't have an odometer, a wild guess we use about 4 gal of gas in our cart per month.
A guess 40 mpg so 160 miles a month so aprox 2,000 miles a year.

We have the original dealer tires and they are about half worn. We have ten inch tires. I seem to recall reading somewhere that the ten inch tires last far longer on the road as the rubber is harder as well as fewer revolutions per mile.
