Way too many unknowns, IMHO, just contact 2 or 3 of the large firms and get estimates. You of course will need ARC approval before you start any construction, and they will need multiple permits. My point is that depending on roof design, building construction (stick, block, poured concrete) the costs will vary widely. You can contact Sumter county building department to get the plans for your house, and you MAY be able to get ballpark estimates from contractors with that information.
