I have also used Auto train without any problem.
I did do some research a few years ago and as I recall you might end up dealing with a broker and not the company that actually moves the car. My feeling was to avoid the brokers and deal direct with the carrier.
Be sure to know the pick up and drop off locations. The company may not be able to deliver your car to your Fl home but to a parking lot or side street outside of your community.
