Just a guess. About 5 years old and maybe 18,000 miles and might get another 5 years???.
As noted air pressure is important. If low the inside or outside edge of the tire will wear rather fast. If wear is even and the tire still has some tread I would think you are ok. Maybe on a heavy rain day try some fast stops in a safe area and see how the tires perform.
