Can I be honest? I'm hot under the collar right now. It comes and goes. Just like one of my Grandchildren when I can't get what I want. I think I'm going to go and visit our friend. He is NOTHING but a stabilizing factor to me. I'm sorta a little embarrassed but maybe it's me expecting too much. Getting my expectations of others to high. B.S. all the other party had to do is show up and present the offer and sell my offer. Either Lazy, Stupid or a better deal had to be presented at that time. Gotta shake this and just let it go.
